This website, fine-tech.co.uk, is operated by FINE TECH LTD (“Fine Tech”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of this website. Please read them before using it and contact us if you have any questions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website.
2. Our services and enquiries
We provide information about tuition management software and technology consultancy. Submitting an enquiry or registration form is a request for us to contact you; it does not itself create a paid subscription, place an order or take a payment.
Before any paid service begins, we will agree its scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedule, duration, renewal arrangements and cancellation or refund terms with you in a separate service agreement or order confirmation. That agreement governs the service and takes priority over these website terms if they conflict.
Descriptions and prices on this website are for information and may change. We will confirm the applicable features and price before you commit to a purchase. Changes to this website do not by themselves change an existing service agreement.
3. Using the website
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Keep any sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential student records or sensitive personal information through our general enquiry forms.
4. Website content and intellectual property
The website’s content, branding and software belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use or your organisation’s internal evaluation of our services. You must not copy, sell or redistribute our content commercially without permission, except where the law permits it.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but cannot promise that every page will always be complete or error-free. Website information is general information, and does not replace advice tailored to your circumstances.
5. Availability and external links
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website, including for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External websites, including maps and sign-in providers, have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control their content or availability.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, cookies and website usage data, and how to exercise your data protection rights.
7. Responsibility and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any rights you have as a consumer.
If you use this website for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for loss of profits, business, anticipated savings or business opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
8. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these website terms by publishing a new version with a revised date. Please check them when you return. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before its courts. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that apply by law.
9. Contact and complaints
For questions, complaints or queries about a service, email info@fine-tech.co.uk or write to our registered office shown above. Please include enough detail for us to investigate and respond.
